The aim of the project

Comprehensive research of management features and legal aspects of the implementation of educational programs using the network form of interaction in the system of continuing education «School-College-University»; formation of professional competencies of students, development of mechanisms and models of interaction of educational organizations within the network form of implementation of educational programs and the use of remote educational technologies.

Objectives of the project

  1. Development of proposals on the legal and regulatory framework for the organization of network interaction and the use of remote educational technologies in the system of continuing education «School-College-University».
  2. Development of mechanisms for social partnership of schools, colleges, and higher educational institutions and organization of network interaction using distance technologies in the system of continuing education «School-College-University».
  3. Development of an electronic portal with educational institutions to form an electronic database and conduct centralized monitoring of the implementation of network interaction and the use of remote technologies in the system of continuing education «School-College-University».

Relevance of the project

network interaction and the use of remote technologies as a phenomenon of our time contains a huge potential. As the main mechanism of information exchange, network interaction and distance technologies allow to realize synergetic effects in collective scientific and educational activities, make it possible to use the advantages of the network and distance technologies in improving the efficiency of educational institutions, optimizing costs, improving the quality of educational programs and academic mobility

The traditional system of Kazakh education was radically different from the European one, which is currently being borrowed. This is manifested primarily in the direction of education. Traditional education in our country sought to cover more General scientific disciplines, used a broader approach, the purpose of which is to teach the fundamental basics of science. The European approach, on the contrary, is based on getting students narrow specializations that are in demand in practice. Thus, in the Kazakh education system, there is a conflict between the broad classical training of students and their narrow professional orientation from school. However, the network form of education involves a broader interaction of educational institutions, combining their resources and funds in a single education system. Currently, this issue is rather poorly developed, and often provokes competition between individual elements of the system: schools and colleges, as well as colleges and universities. It is obvious that the contradictions that arise in this way should be resolved as soon as possible.

Expected results

Based on the results of research in the project, it is planned to:

       1) Publish 1 (one) articles in peer-reviewed foreign scientific edition included into 1 (first) 2 (second) 3 (third) 4 (fourth) quartile in Web of Science and (or) included in the database Arts and Humanities Citation Index, and (or) having percentile as CiteScore our database Scopus at least 35 (thirty-five), and 1 (one) article in receivenot foreign and (or) domestic edition with a non-zero impact factor (recommended COXON).

      2) Publication of 1 (one) training manual in Kazakhstan publishing houses and development of 1 (one) digital educational resource. There are no plans to publish monographs, books, and / or chapters in foreign books.

      3) Development and implementation of 1 (one)author’s certificate on the subject of research; getting 1 (one)security document is a specialized electronic portal «network-connectivity.zhgu.edu.kz». There are no plans to obtain patents from foreign patent offices (european, american, japanese).

            4) Development of scientific and technical design documentation is not planned.

            5) The results of the research will be distributed to the community of scientists and the general public through conferences, seminars, and trainings.

             6) Other measurable results in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation and the specifics of the project.

1) Application of the obtained scientific results in the educational process of vocational education institutions.

            2) the Expected scientific and socio-economic effects associated with the development of proposals for improving the legislative and the regulatory framework of organization of network interaction and use of remote technologies in the system «School-College-University»; development of educational-methodical documentation; the establishment of bodies of social partnership at the level of educational institutions with the participation of representatives of education, employers ‘ associations and entrepreneurs, organisations of workers (trade unions); calculation of the efficiency of investments in the organization of network interaction and the use of remote technologies for training qualified personnel in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

             3) The target consumers of the results obtained are students, undergraduates, teachers of educational institutions at all levels and other entities involved in the implementation of training of qualified personnel in continuous education.

             4) The results of the study may affect the improvement of national legislation, the development of mechanisms for regionalization and preservation of the unified educational space «School-College-University», the establishment of the Institute of social partnership.

2020 year

During the implementation of the project, agreements on cooperation were concluded between the subjects of social partnership of Taldykorgan and the Almaty region. Namely:

— «Zhansugurov College» Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov;

— Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College;

— Zharkent Higher Humanitarian and Technical College;

— KSU «Secondary School No. 4» GU «Education Department of Taldykorgan»;

— KSU «Secondary school-gymnasium No. 19 named after M. Zhumabaev with a preschool mini-center» GU «Education Department of Taldykorgan»;

— KSU «Secondary School-Lyceum No. 18 named after Baktybay Zholbarysuly» SI «Education Department of Taldykorgan»;

— KSU «Secondary School No. 13 (with special classes)» GU «Education Department of Taldykorgan».

The purpose of interaction with social partners is to increase the adequacy of the results of the educational system to the needs of the world of work, to bring the training of specialists closer to the requirements of industries and specific employers, to strengthen the connection between student education and production, to attract additional sources for the development of the material and technical base of professional educational institutions.

— During the implementation of the project, on the basis of the prepared technical assignment, a specialized electronic portal was developed, located at the electronic address http://network-connectivity.zhgu.edu.kz/.

And also a certificate was received on the entry of information into the state register of rights to objects protected by copyright No. 17772 dated May 20, 2021.

— During the implementation of the project, a regulation on network interaction using remote technologies was developed.

The main purpose of using network interaction and distance educational technologies is to provide students with the opportunity to master educational programs directly at the place of residence or his temporary stay (location), as well as to provide conditions for training, taking into account the characteristics of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status of students, individual training. curriculum while consolidating the material, mastering new topics and performing extracurricular independent work.

2021 year

4 network training centers were opened at general secondary schools:

— KSU «Secondary School No. 4» GU «Education Department of Taldykorgan»;

— KSU «Secondary school-gymnasium No. 19 named after M. Zhumabaev with a preschool mini-center» GU «Education Department of Taldykorgan»;

— KSU «Secondary School-Lyceum No. 18 named after Baktybay Zholbarysuly» SI «Education Department of Taldykorgan»;

— KSU «Secondary School No. 13 (with special classes)» GU «Education Department of Taldykorgan».

One (1) network educational and methodological cluster of training, retraining, advanced training and certification of personnel was opened at the I. Zhansugurov ZhU.

1 educational program (mathematics) has been developed, which is implemented jointly with a partner educational organization. The implementation of the educational educational program will be carried out for 3-4 year students of admission in 2021.

During the implementation of the project, based on the results of the study and analysis of diagnostic data on the preferences, inclinations and opportunities of students for a conscious choice of a future profession, in order to provide vocational guidance to students in choosing a future professional activity, a regulation on vocational guidance of students was developed.
